Span trust THE NURSES TRAINING

JMHA has been training Nurses Assistants since 2003. It is aimed at young women from poorer, rural backgrounds and lasts for one year. The class varies between 20 and 30 and this Government-recognised course equips these young ladies to serve effectively and lovingly. To date, every trainee has been able to find employment almost immediately on graduation. It is also a joy to report that every year, a significant number of the trainees are born again of the Spirit of God.

Over the years, the Lord has graciously provided improving facilities for this residential programme, with a new teaching block incorporating a kitchen and canteen, as well as expanded dormitory and toilet accommodation.
Graduation 0821st of September, 2008 was the graduation day for the nurses. They had a grand function, where they specially prayed for all the graduates who will be serving as health workers in their own villages. JMHA is proud to send these poor women back to their homes where they can serve their community. This is the picture of the nurses on their graduation day.
